European Union and other foreign diplomats have assured the Nigerian Police of their utmost support ahead of the General Election.
The leader of the delegation and British high commissioner, Catriona Laing gave this assurance while meeting with the acting Inspector general of Police at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
Catriona says there will be strategic planning with the police force to ensure credible and fair election.
She further warns politician against violating the law of the electoral process as there are consequences to be faced.
