Chelsea reached the Carabao Cup final after beating Tottenham 4-2 on penalties after their two-legged semi-final ended 2-2 on aggregate.

Here, Press Association Sport rates the home players at Stamford Bridge.
CHELSEA
KEPA ARRIZABALAGA: Rarely tested on a quiet evening yet still had to pick the ball out of the net with Tottenham’s only effort on goal. 6
CESAR AZPILICUETA: Provided the assist for Eden Hazard’s goal with an impressive overlapping run in the first half. 7
ANTONIO RUDIGER: Marshalled the aerial threat of Fernando Llorente well. 7
DAVID LUIZ: Shook off an early knock and was outmuscled for Llorente’s second-half header, but scored the spot kick that sent his side to Wembley. 6
EMERSON: Handed a rare appearance at left-back and did not do too much of note. 6
Hazard shrugged off Sarri's pre-match critique to have a fine game for Chelsea.

N’GOLO KANTE: The diminutive midfielder was at his best, with a scampering display, capped off by the opening goal as he shot through a crowd of bodies. 8
JORGINHO: Used the ball efficiently as ever in the Chelsea midfield, starting off plenty of attacks 7.
ROSS BARKLEY: Looked like he was going to have a big part to play in the first half but he could not maintain an impact 6.
PEDRO: Had a few promising moments in the first half, including a good early chance, but faded after the break. 6
OLIVIER GIROUD: His selection in attack brought the best out of Hazard, allowing the Belgian freedom, but featured little in front of goal. 6
EDEN HAZARD: A brilliant display by Chelsea’s best player, made use of extra space, was at the heart of everything the home side did and scored their second goal. 8
SUBS:
WILLIAN (on for Pedro, 76 mins): Came on to try and help Chelsea win the game but could not make too much difference. 6
