PDP Asks INEC To Come Clean Of Allegations Of Planned Vote Tampering

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential campaign organization has asked the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu to immediately explain allegations of his commission’s plot to compromise the electoral guidelines and pave the way forward.
 
 
 
The alteration of the results of the 2019 general elections to favour President Muhammadu Buhari.
The national publicity secretary of the PDP and director media of the PDP campaign organization, kola Ologbondiyan made the call in Abuja.

Ologbondiyan urged Yakubu to note that Nigerians are already aware of the pressure being mounted on him by the Buhari presidency and APC, seeking to force the commission to drop the display of results at the polling units as well as the electronic transmission of polled figures to INEC server from its guidelines.
The party is also questioning why the INEC chairman is contemplating the deployment of past National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members for the 2019 election.
The PDP however insisted that president buhari must come clean of the allegation that his family members and some of his close allies converted money set aside for the purchase of arms to fight boko haram insurgency, to bid for ownership of keystone bank and 9mobile Nigeria.
