- Newcastle have appointed Graeme Jones as the club's third assistant manager
- Jones has been brought in to support under-pressure head coach Steve Bruce
- The Magpies are on an awful run of six straight defeats in all competitions
Newcastle have confirmed the appointment of Graeme Jones as Steve Bruce's third assistant manager.
Sportsmail revealed last week that Newcastle were in talks with Jones, who had been a coach at Bournemouth, to help under-fire Bruce, who has overseen a run of six straight defeats.
Newcastle were granted permission to speak with Jones last week and have paid £250,000 in compensation to bring him to St James' Park.
