President Buhari's aide, Babafemi Ojudu will lead a Committee to monitor
the APC primaries in Anambra in line with the party's constitution.
Babafemi Ojudu (Facebook/Babafemi Ojudu) In consideration of his strength of character and track record, the All Progressive Congress has appointed Sen Babafemi Ojudu as chairman of primary monitoring committee in Anambra State.

Adviser to the President on Political Matters' appointment is coming on
the heels of the build up to the Anambra governorship elections.
Ojudu
noted that his appointment as Chairman of a team of party top shots to
monitor the party's primary in Anambra on Saturday, August 26, 2017 is a
welcomed idea.
A letter issued at the
APC headquarters on Thursday, August 24, 2017, stated that Ojudu's
"selection is in consideration of his strength of character and track
record"
The terms of reference of the
Committee is to monitor the election in line with the relevant
provisions of the party's constitution.
The Committee is of eight members drawn from the six geo political zones of the country.
Ojudu and members of the committee shall work in collaboration with the Chairman of the Primary Election Committee, Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State.
